Police say it's a clear message to drug dealers

Two arrests have been made after police carried out a number of raids in Penlan this morning (February 13).

Officers found drugs as well as a quantity of cash after they executed warrants at addresses in Moore view Road, Pittsburgh Court and Eagles Place.

Officers in Penlan were joined by colleagues in the Territorial Support Team.

Sergeant Karl Goulding, who ran the operation, said: "Two arrests have been made and two people were reported for summons.

"This concerted enforcement activity sends out a clear message to individuals who prey on the vulnerable and supply drugs in our community."
